About the event

In an era where AI increasingly informs organizational choices, this Sense-Making Lab explores how to harness its potential as a decision-support tool without creating overreliance or diminishing human accountability. The session brings together professionals from diverse fields to reflect on how AI shapes the way decisions are formed, evaluated, and justified. The Lab also addresses the ethical and organizational implications of AI-assisted decisions, including transparency, trust, and responsibility.

Through collaborative dialogue, participants will co-create practical guidelines that help organizations use AI to strengthen—rather than replace—human judgment.

What We Will Explore

  • How AI can improve the quality and consistency of decisions.

  • Situations where reliance on AI may reduce critical thinking or accountability.

  • Ethical and organizational considerations in AI-supported decision-making.
