/ FOR ORGANIZATIONS

Partner with the Institute

Organizations today face complex questions about how work, learning, decision-making, and performance evolve in an increasingly uncertain world. The Institute creates a space where organizations, researchers, and practitioners can explore complex questions together, integrating research and diverse perspectives to inform decisions, learning, and sustainable performance.

/ SENSE-MAKING LABS

Sense-Making Labs

Sense-Making Labs are facilitated dialogues where professionals from different organizations explore a shared question related to work, learning, and AI.

The goal is not to compare organizational strategies, but to explore practices that influence how professionals think, learn, and perform when working with AI. Participants exchange experiences, reflect on emerging practices, and the Institute identifies patterns across organizational contexts using research methods.

A typical Lab involves:

12–15 professionals from different organizations

Two dialogue sessions

Guided reflection supported by research

Insights emerging from the dialogue are synthesized by the Institute and shared through a collective insight publication.

Research-Informed Insight Reports

Organizations collaborate with the Institute to explore their own Open Question. The Institute conducts a structured exploration tailored to the organization's context.

The outcome is a Research-Informed Insight Report that highlights patterns, insights, and practical suggestions the organization can use when exploring challenges related to work, learning, performance, and well-being.

This process may include:

Sense-making dialogue with key stakeholders

Structured reflection tools and surveys

Research analysis

These collaborations can be conducted privately, allowing organizations to explore complex questions without making the results public.

Co-Creation Projects

For more complex challenges, organizations may initiate a Co-Creation Project involving professionals from multiple organizations or internal teams. These projects create structured spaces where participants analyze experiences, explore alternative approaches, and identify emerging practices.

After the project, the Institute produces an insight brief or practice guide summarizing the key findings and suggested directions.
