This Sense-Making Lab invites professionals, leaders, educators, and researchers to explore how AI can support sustainable performance in the workplace. Rather than focusing solely on efficiency, the session examines how AI can enhance human capabilities, foster continuous learning, and contribute to healthier and more resilient organizations.
Through facilitated dialogue and practical examples, the Lab will uncover how AI can be integrated into processes such as training, feedback, certification, and performance evaluation—while preserving competence development and employee well-being.
