Designing AI for Learning: From Capability Building to Conscious Use
AI in learning and development creates value when it is intentionally guided—not just adopted. This article shows how aligning AI with learning principles, building AI literacy, and combining technology with human-centered practices such as coaching and reflection can strengthen capabilities and sustainable performance.
